Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Refunds are not available for items marked as final sale, customized products, or certain hygienic/personal care items.


2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


3. Non-Refundable Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time, please first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or payment provider; processing times may vary.

5. Exchanges

  • If your item is defective or damaged, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Please contact us for instructions.


6. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • If your cancellation request is received before shipment and within the allowed cancellation window, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still be eligible for a return under our refund policy.
